3.  ATTACH YOUR VIDEO FILE IN ONE OF THESE FORMATS (.swf, .mov, .mpeg, .avi, .mp3, .ra, .rm, .wav, .wmv, or .zip) and EMAIL IT TO producer@u-qube.com

   GUIDELINES
-- Choose a quiet location where you won't be 
   interupted.
-- Plan your question and multiple choice answers.
   in advance 
-- Start your recording by telling us your name 
   and hometown.
-- Then add a little bit about yourself (marital status, 
   occupation, school, interests, reason you chose
   this question, etc.)
-- Speak slowly and clearly.
-- Ask your question and give the 3 multiple choice
   answers (a, b and c.).
-- Wait a couple of seconds, then give the correct
   answer.
